Linda Dulye, President and Founder
Dulye & Co.
Dulye Leadership Experience
Growing up in her family’s commercial printing and newspaper businesses in New York sparked the entrepreneurial spirit that guided Linda Dulye to establish Dulye & Co., an internationally recognized leader in high-impact employee engagement and workplace culture programs.
Currently celebrating its 25th-year anniversary, Dulye & Co. has worked closely with leaders at all levels at General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, CIGNA, Cardinal Health, United Technologies, Bobcat, Thermo Fisher Scientific, The Army Corps of Engineers and other respected organizations to build her company’s trademark Spectator-Free Workplace™ where relationships and results thrive.
Prior to starting her firm, Linda held leadership positions in corporate communications, leadership coaching and change management with General Electric, Duracell, Allied Signal, Grey Advertising and Public Service Electric and Gas.
Linda’s passion for helping others create meaningful connections where they work and live inspired her to launch the Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE) in 2008. Originally founded in partnership with Linda’s alma mater–Syracuse University, and since 2016 an independent charitable endeavor subsidized by Linda, the organization delivers critical skills training for career success through year-round workshops, career coaching, meetups, conferences and networking programs.
She has personally invested in the professional development of hundreds of rising leaders in the Berkshires and hundreds more across the US and beyond. The prestigious 40 Under 40 Berkshires Awards in 2022 included seven active leaders from the Dulye Leadership Experience. She has engaged hundreds to serve on DLE-organized volunteer teams in the Berkshires to sweep municipal streets and clear homes being rehabilitated for homeless families. Linda’s commitment to volunteer service extends to roles with numerous cultural, civic, animal welfare, faith-based, BIPOC and non-profit organizations in the Berkshires. Her steadfast support of community and business vitality has earned her the prestigious Berkshire 25 Award for creating impact and the 2023 Women of the Year Award from Girls Inc. of the Berkshires.
Linda earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Syracuse University and is a robust Orange fan, sporting GO SU on her license plate. She received her master’s degree in International Relations from Drew University. She starts every day with walks with her husband, Roger, and family pooches Adele and Luther, followed by a combination of swimming, spinning, lifting, erging and rowing. Linda and Roger have three grown children in various US locations.
