Dulye & Co.
Dulye Leadership Experience

Growing up in her family’s commercial printing and newspaper businesses in New York sparked the entrepreneurial spirit that guided Linda Dulye to establish Dulye & Co., an internationally recognized leader in high-impact employee engagement and workplace culture programs.

Since 1998, Dulye & Co. has worked closely with leaders at all levels at General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, CIGNA, Cardinal Health, United Technologies, Bobcat, Thermo Fisher Scientific, The Army Corps of Engineers and other respected organizations to build a Spectator-Free Workplace™ where respect and results thrive.

Prior to starting her firm, Linda held leadership positions in corporate communications, leadership coaching and change management with General Electric, Duracell, Allied Signal, Grey Advertising and Public Service Electric and Gas.

Linda’s passion for helping others create meaningful connections where they work and live inspired her to launch the Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE) in 2008. The Berkshire-based organization has invested in the professional development of thousands of rising leaders worldwide. Critical skills for career success are grown through year-round training, subsidized by Linda. The DLE’s diverse, global network of ambitious professionals learn from and inspire each other to find their passions and maximize their impact–in their companies and respective communities.

Committed to volunteer outreach, Linda serves on the Board of Directors and Racial Equity Committee of the Pittsfield Economic Revitalization Corporation. She is a community champion for the Boston Fed’s Leaders for Equitable Local Economies (LELE) Program, co-founder of the Mentorship Program for Berkshire Business & Professional Women, and a volunteer coach to emerging entrepreneurs in EforAll in the Berkshires and STEM scholars in the Berkshire Innovation Center’s BETA program. She is a recipient of the prestigious Berkshire 25 Award for creating impact.

Linda earned degrees from Syracuse University (B.A.) and Drew University (M.A.). She starts every day with a combination of swim, spin, row and walk with family pooches, Adele and Luther. Linda and her husband, Roger, have three grown children in various US locations.
