She spent more than 18 years leading corporate communications departments and change management programs with General Electric, AlliedSignal, Duracell, Public Service Electric & Gas and Grey Advertising. At GE, she helped introduce the Work-Out process, one of the largest and most successfully applied change programs undertaken by a corporation. She worked closely with AlliedSignal CEO Larry Bossidy to launch a global Six Sigma program.
A dynamic speaker, Linda has chaired and addressed business conferences as well as facilitated leadership sessions globally. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Strategic Communication Management journal. Her work in front-line communications is featured in Corporate Communications for Executives by Michael Goodman, The Self Managing Organization: How Leading Companies are Transforming the Work of Team for Real Impact by Ronald Purser and Steven Cabana.
Linda’s passion and involvement extends beyond the communication arena. She is a board member for the Berkshire (MA) Humane Society and an active supporter of animal shelters and Greyhound Rescue. She holds degrees from Syracuse University (BA) and Drew University (MA). Her proud alumna ties to Syracuse University include establishing the Dulye Leadership Experience, an annual leadership development program for juniors and seniors. Linda is on the faculty of Syracuse’s Winston Fisher Business Study Program and serves as an adviser to the Syracuse University Athletic Department. She is an enthusiast of skiing, swimming and spending time with her family (which includes multiple dogs, cats, birds, a ferret, a horse and a mule—all rescued) in New York State’s scenic Hudson Valley.
