Growing up in her family’s commercial printing and newspaper businesses in New York sparked the entrepreneurial spirit that guided Linda Dulye to establish Dulye & Co., an internationally recognized leader in high-impact employee engagement and workplace culture programs.

Since 1998, Dulye & Co. has worked closely with leaders at all levels at General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, CIGNA, Cardinal Health, United Technologies, Bobcat, Thermo Fisher Scientific, The Army Corps of Engineers and other respected organizations to build her company’s trademark Spectator-Free Workplace™ where human connections and collaboration thrive.

Prior to starting her firm, Linda held leadership positions in corporate communications, leadership coaching and change management with Duracell, Allied Signal, Grey Advertising and Public Service Electric and Gas, and General Electric.

She has personally invested in the professional development of hundreds of rising leaders in the Berkshires and hundreds more across the US. In 2008, she launched the Dulye Leadership Experience (DLE) in partnership with her alma mater–Syracuse University–to increase the job readiness of graduating students through a specialized training program. In 2016, the DLE transitioned to an independent organization, completely underwritten and managed by Linda, to offer critical skills education to Boomers, Millennials and Gen Z professionals through fee-free workshops, career coaching and networking experiences year-round. An impressive 7 DLE leaders earned 40 Under Forty Berkshires awards in 2022.

Linda’s commitment to the Berkshires radiates through notable roles with cultural, civic, animal welfare, faith-based, business and BIPOC organizations. Her generosity and dedication have been recognized with the Berkshire 25 Award, Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow Award and Women of the Year Award from Girls Inc. of the Berkshires.

Passionate about promoting entrepreneurism and diversity, Linda actively serves on the Board of Directors and Racial Equity Committee of the Pittsfield Economic Revitalization Corporation. She is a champion for the Boston Fed Leaders for Equitable Local Economies, a coach for EforAll in the Berkshires and a member of the Zonta Club of Berkshire County. She co-founded the Mentorship Program for Berkshire Business & Professional Women, conducted leadership training at Berkshire Community College and raised the communication proficiency of STEM scholars participating in the Berkshire Innovation Center’s BETA program.

Her board appointments include the Berkshires Family YMCA, Berkshire Community Rowing,  the Berkshire Humane Society and the African Catholic Community of St. Mark’s Church. For years, she mentored youths in their reading skills at the Conte Elementary School, provided spiritual outreach as a eucharistic minister at Berkshire Medical Center and updated a radio audience with local news as a Berkshire Talking Chronicle on-air volunteer. Since 2008, she has created joyous first impressions of thousands of visitors to the world-renowned Tanglewood as a volunteer host.

Linda earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in International Relations from Drew University.

She starts every day with walks with her husband, Roger, and family pooches Adele and Luther, followed by a combination of swimming, spinning, lifting, erging and rowing. Linda and Roger have three grown children in various US locations. Roger designs and builds premiere audio amplifiers as president and founder of Berkshire-based Rogers High Fidelity.
